5. Complaints Procedure

Stage 2 – Formal Complaint:

Stage 3 – Appeal:

Full refund if a course is cancelled by London School of Academia Ltd before the start date

Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of payment, provided the course has not started

No refunds once a course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion

All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of approval.
